In Uganda there grows well-regarded Bourbon-Typica varieties which flourish in medium to high altitudes. The farmers who work at on the mountain slopes pick these coffee cherries when they are fully ripe, which are then transported down into the valley for processing. This coffee has a bold body, with delicate fruit taste notes that linger on the tongue.
