RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
THINGS WE CAN'T REFUND
The following items are excluded from our returns policy, unless faulty or not as described:
- Perishable goods such as food or drink products
- Where a product has been personalised or made to your specific requirements
EXCHANGE, REFUND OR FAULTY?
The choice is yours, make sure it’s clear which option you want on your Returns Form. If it’s faulty, we’ll cover the reasonable costs of returning the item to us. Get a returns form here.
RETURNING OF MACHINES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a home espresso machine, pod machine or grinder, you may be eligible to return your appliance to 200 Degrees within 30 days from receipt of shipment. Please contact us to begin the returns process.
Terms and conditions of Return & Refund Policy:
- The appliance must have been purchased directly from 200 Degrees. 200 Degrees cannot accept returns of appliances purchased from other retailers or resellers.
- The purchased appliance must be in brand new condition with original packaging and accessories. Please note that 200 Degrees does not permit the return of or offer refunds for parts or accessories.
- Please contact us to commence the return process. Please do not return your appliance to 200 Degrees without first contacting us. Please note that 200 Degrees is not responsible for appliance that is lost or damaged without following our return process.
- If the item is returnable and you send it back to us packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the appliance, 200 Degrees will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.
- The appliance must have been purchased directly from 200 Degrees. 200 Degrees cannot accept returns of appliances purchased from other retailers or resellers.
YOU'VE GOT 30 DAYS
Unless faulty you have 30 calendar days to exchange or refund an item from the date you received it. This means it must arrive with us on no later than the end of the 30th day.
CONDITION IS EVERYTHING
To return an item it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging unused and undamaged. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase alongside the Returns Form. Both came with your delivery. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

DELIVERY CHARGES
If you were charged a delivery charge for your original order we will refund this too. If you were charged a delivery charge for the item we've agreed to refund we will refund the delivery charge too.Remember, we won’t refund you the cost of sending your item back to us (unless it’s faulty). Even if you ask. Sorry.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges are dispatched once an exchange has been agreed with our customer service team.
REFUNDS
If you choose to refund your item you'll receive an email to confirm when we have received the item at the warehouse (make sure it’s nice and clear on the Returns Form), after which your refund will appear back to the payment method and account you originally used, that’s stored on our system. We can’t refund to an alternative account. This shouldn't take longer than 14 days from the day that you returned the item back to us.
FAULTY
Fill the Returns Form clearly marking it is faulty and add the details for us so we know what to look for when it arrives back at our warehouse. If the item is faulty we’ll refund you in full, along with the (reasonable) cost of returning the package to us.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1) Make sure you've got everything:
- Complete our Returns Form – all filled in and easy for us to read
- Your original proof of purchase
- The item in question
- Good packaging that’s water resistant and padded if necessary

*Calls from landlines are typically charged up to 13p per minute. Call costs from mobiles vary according to the calling plan chosen. Typically, they cost between 1p and 55p per minute or are included in free call packages.
BARISTA COURSE CANCELLATIONS
Our Barista Courses hold limited spaces and are very popular. We request that you notify us of any cancellations at least 5 days before your course takes place. This will allow us to offer your spot to another coffee lover and refund the value of your course back to your payment card or gift card. You may call us at 0115 837 4849 or email baristaschool@200degs.com between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to cancel. If for any reason you are unable to attend at short notice, we will do our best to re-arrange your booking for one of our mid-week classes – just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
SCA CANCELLATIONS
You may call us at 0115 837 4849 or email baristaschool@200degs.com between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to cancel. To cancel or reschedule a course, a minimum of 5 days notice prior to the scheduled course date is required. No refund will be offered for cancellations less than 5 days before the date of the course, or for non-attendance on the day. 200 Degrees reserve the right to cancel or make changes to course dates, times in the event of low booking numbers, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases we will offer a full refund or seek to organise an alternative date in agreement with you. We regret that we cannot be liable for other expenses, travel etc., that make have been incurred. By booking an SCA course with us, participants agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
