We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force as our chosen distribution partners. You have the choice at checkout to select your preferred carrier with the following restrictions:

Royal Mail First Class and Second Class (untracked) are available on packages up to 2kg and the cost is variable depending on the weight. Deliveries are made 6 days a week.

Parcel Force Express 24 (tracked) service is available for all packages up to 20kg. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.

Royal Mail orders received before 9am (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

Parcel Force orders received before 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

After these cut-off times we will still aim to dispatch on the same day if possible, but this is not guaranteed. We do not dispatch orders over the weekend or on Bank Holidays.

Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver to mainland UK. We are unable to deliver to Ireland.
