Eversys Enigma e'4m Classic Coffee Machine

The Eversys Enigma e'4m coffee machine combines unparalled control over your espresso extraction along with advanced milk texturing via the optional 1.5 step milk outlet and the in-built automatic milk heating/foaming module.

The Enigma is built on the basis of a two-group coffee machine designed to produce two espresso at the same time from just a 56 cm wide footprint. It's self-calibrating grinders and ETC system give effective management over the quality, consistency and reliability of every shot, capable of delivering 175 espressos per hour.

Two 10" touchscreens can be fully customised to display your drink menu and product selection with simple, clear instructions.

Heated, textured milk can be delivered directly into the cup via the group head, or via the optional 1.5 step nozzle into a jog to allow for latte art and improved speed of production.

The Eversys Enigma e'4m also has a single Everfoam steam wand that can work either as a traditional steam arm, or be programmed to automatically steam by drink type, giving the perfect texture and temperature everytime.
