The fermentation that has taken place as part of the processing of this delicious new coffee from Colombia has resulted in a darkly juicy cup, balanced by smooth vanilla notes. If this coffee was a bottle of wine, it’d be a proper fancy one. It’s been grown by female farmer Luz Ángela Rojas in the prime Colombia coffee hub of Huila. She began a career in nursing, before returning to the family farm, swapping the care of human beings for coffee beans, but applying the same nurturing care and attention.
