THE ROAST HOUSE

The Roast House can be found on Meadow Lane in Nottingham, close to Trent Bridge and a few yards from the river.
It’s been our home since 2012, and we’ve grown from three of us huddled in the corner of a huge, cold room to a team of about 25, pretty much filling the space that once seemed so vast. Central to everything in our 70kg Loring Peregrine roaster, but we still have our original 15kg, Toper, for small-batch roasting.
It’s the base for everything we do, and we welcome visitors; many of our wholesale and business customers visit for training days or catch up with new roasts and swap ideas. We have a pretty big sign should you need to find us.

THE CARDIFF ROASTER

Let’s not forget Wales; our coffee shop in Cardiff incorporates a 5kg coffee roaster that supplies freshly roasted beans into the shop itself and out to all our Welsh wholesale coffee customers, including Cardiff Castle.

Shipping Information

CARRIERS:

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force as our chosen distribution partners. You have the choice at checkout to select your preferred carrier with the following restrictions: Royal Mail First Class and Second Class (untracked) are available on packages up to 2kg and the cost is variable depending on the weight. Deliveries are made 6 days a week. Parcel Force Express 24 (tracked) service is available for all packages up to 20kg. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Royal Mail orders received before 9am (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Parcel Force orders received before 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

After these cut-off times we will still aim to dispatch on the same day if possible, but this is not guaranteed. We do not dispatch orders over the weekend or on Bank Holidays. *Due to Royal Mail and Parcelforce strikes there may be delays in recieving orders placed on the 26th and 31st of August*

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver to mainland UK. We are unable to deliver to Ireland.
