Head of Risk and Compliance, AKA the risk-busting superhero 

Ric is responsible for managing and mitigating the company's risks in its operations. He oversees the developing and implementing policies and procedures that comply with laws, regulations, and industry standards. This covers everything from the set-up of tills on the shop floor right up to oversight of daily operations in the beating heart of our business – the Roast House. Without Ric, everything would grind (pun VERY much intended) to a halt.
