Learning and Development Manager, AKA the coach of 200, helping the team level up their skills 

Jack is responsible for overseeing the training and professional development of the 200 team; this includes designing and managing learning programs that enable employees to acquire new skills and knowledge and help them grow and develop in their careers within the company. Jack also heads up the coffee training team, who support the sites, head baristas, and run the barista schools. He’s essentially the Dumbledore of 200.
