Mike Roasting

SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT SUBSCRIPTION

Choose your coffee, weight, grind, quantity and frequency and we’ll post our freshly roasted 200 Degrees Coffee direct to your door. We aim to post all of our coffee within 48 hours of being roasted.

You don’t need to sign a contract and you can change your preferences or cancel at any time. Postage is completely free and there’s lots of advice online or just drop us an email with your questions.

Our signature espresso blend.
Fruity cooperative Brazilian Santos combined with Colombian Arabica & Vietnamese Robusta. Medium roasted, giving a great crema & body with a real bite. The perfect all-rounder. This is the house espresso blend that we serve in all the 200 Degrees Coffee Shops.

MELLOWSHIP SLINKY DECAF

Naturally decaffeinated.
These co-op Mexican beans are decaffeinated without chemicals using the Mountain Water Process, with clean pure water from a glaciers Citlaltepetl mountains. Its decaf as you’ve never tasted before: creamy, sweet citrus and maple syrup.

Using clear pure water from the glaciers on the highest and most beautiful mountain in Mexico, the Pico de Orizaba or Citlaltepetl. In the decaffeination process, the green coffee beans are immersed in water in order to extract the caffeine. The water contains the soluble components of the coffee
beans which hold the elements of the flavour, so that, during the extraction of the caffeine the beans maintain their original components.

Taste Notes: Apple, Melon & Black Tea

The farm belongs to Don (Tio) Roberto a 4th generation coffee farmer and three times cup of excellence finalist.

These beans are grown in two distinct bands that run across the face of the hill. These two lines get a little more sun exposure than other parts of the farm and especially at the edges where the shade trees give a little less protection and some of the cherries get a little sunburned. This effect gives the most fantastic result of fresh Peachy and Apricot stone fruits in the cherry.

UK Exclusive Microlot: we are the only roaster in the UK to have this coffee.

RWANDA GIHOMBO

Farm: Co-op of 320 farmers
Altitude: 1600-2000m
Variety: Red Bourbon
Taste Notes: Grapefruit hints with raisin, plum and cacao

Gihombo wet mill is a privately owned washing station located near the shores of Lake Kivu in the northern part of the Nyamasheke district.

The station's cherry collection area ranges in altitude from 1600 to­ 2000m. All coffee is processed using a Penagos eco­pulper, dry fermented for 12 hours, and then dried on raised beds for 15 to 22 days.

Gihombo is supplied by a group of 320 farmers from the sectors surrounding the washing station and averages a production total of around 30 tons of parchment annually.

Hacienda Sonora is located in the Central Valley of Costa Rica, at the foot of the world renowned Poas Volcano. The farm is approx 100 hectares: 65 tof shaded coffee, 25 of wild forest reserve, and 10 of sugar cane.

Sonora’s coffee grows surrounded by exotic trees and other vegetation, providing great conditions for quality, as well as improving the chemistry of the already naturally rich volcanic soil. Thanks to the farm’s diverse ecosystem, many different species of birds and animals seek refuge in the land.

Sonora has a well-known reputation for leaving a positive impact on the environment and people that surround their business. All of the energy consumed by the farm is 100% renewable energy harvested on the farm.
