This Ethiopian offering is a unique peaberry varietal which is more spherical in shape and offers a bright acidity and a complex flavour profile. The fruit forward taste notes remind us of a zingy IPA, and we’ve served it up in a smart and sleek 150g tin with exclusive label design. Our rare beans have been specially sourced for the adventurous coffee connoisseur. Working alongside our importers, we seek out those coffees that are set apart, be that in flavour profile, varietal, processing or location. The result is something different, but still delicious.

"Process" means the way that a coffee bean is removed from the coffee cherry. Honey processed coffee sees the mucilage layer of the cherry left on the bean when it dries, resulting in a sweet, sticky honey-like coating.
