Our Roles

From first pour to running the whole show, we’ll get you there. Expect hands-on training in everything from dialling in the perfect espresso to leading a team and delivering standout customer experiences served up in a structured, supportive way. And because great ideas don’t just come from the top, everyone’s encouraged to speak up, share, and shape how we do things.

  • General Managers

    As General Manager at 200 Degrees Coffee, you’ll be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations. From leading your team and shaping an exceptional customer experience to hitting targets and keeping everything running smoothly, you’ll balance people, process, and performance. Making sure every cup and every shift reflects the 200 Degrees standard.

  • Baristas

    As a Barista at 200 Degrees Coffee, you’re the heart of the coffee shop. Crafting perfect coffee, serving smiles, and creating a welcoming vibe, you make every cup, and every customer experience, shine. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and all about bringing the 200 Degrees standard to life, one espresso at a time.

  • Supervisors

    As a Supervisor at 200 Degrees Coffee, you’ll keep the team on track and the coffee flowing. You’ll support your crew, maintain high standards, and ensure every customer leaves happy, balancing people, service, and quality to make each shift run smoothly.

  • Shop Team

    As a Member of the Shop Team at 200 Degrees Coffee, you’ll be at the frontline of our coffee shops, serving coffee, supporting your colleagues, and keeping the shop running smoothly. Every shift is about teamwork, great service, and helping customers enjoy the best coffee experience possible.

    Roast House Team

    As part of the Roast House Production Team, you’ll be at the heart of getting our coffee out into the world. Day to day, that means packing and preparing orders for our shops and wholesale customers. Making sure every bag of beans meets our standards and arrives fresh, accurate, and on time. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role that keeps everything moving behind the scenes.

  • Support Office

    At the 200 Degrees Support Office, you’ll be part of the team that keeps the whole operation running smoothly. From finance and marketing to property and wholesale, every day is about supporting our shops, roast house, and partners so that great coffee reaches every cup. It’s a behind-the-scenes role where your work makes a real impact, keeping the wheels turning and helping the brand grow.
