Ben oversees the wholesale team and drives revenue growth in this key pillar of the business. He identifies new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers. He’s hands-on, delivering a pitch to a new business lead one day, the next day ensuring our wholesale customers are well supported, and then jumping on the phone to arrange a machine repair. If he can’t sell coffee, then (whisper it) they’re probably just tea people.
