Our signature espresso blend.
Fruity cooperative Brazilian Santos combined with Colombian Arabica & Vietnamese Robusta. Medium roasted, giving a great crema & body with a real bite. The perfect all-rounder. This is the house espresso blend that we serve in all the 200 Degrees Coffee Shops.

Naturally decaffeinated.
These co-op Mexican beans are decaffeinated without chemicals, using the Mountain Water Process with clean pure water from the glaciers of the Citlaltepetl mountains. It's decaf as you’ve never tasted before: creamy, sweet citrus and maple syrup.

100% Rainforest Alliance Certified
Roast Level: Medium
Country of Origin: Mexico
Region: Oaxaca
Using clear pure water from the glaciers on the highest and most beautiful mountain in Mexico, the Pico de Orizaba or Citlaltepetl. In the decaffeination process, the green coffee beans are immersed in water in order to extract the caffeine. The water contains the soluble components of the coffee
beans which hold the elements of the flavour, so that, during the extraction of the caffeine the beans maintain their original components.

Most producers in Nicaragua are small sized, and El Pelon and El Volcan are no Exception. In the Jinotega region coffee production is a family business and these two families were very eager and enthusiastic to try something different with this natural coffee, usually they produce washed coffees and sell the wet parchment rather than the full ripe cherry.

The two farms are only a couple of hours away from each other and have very similar microclimates, varieties and cup profiles. In order to ensure the best quality possible for these natural lots pick up runs were set up to collect the ripe cherries and inspections took place before loading and then being taken to the dry mill. Initially patio dried for 3 days before being moved to a raised bed for the final 18 days. Once the humidity has dropped sufficiently to between 11.5% -12% the coffee is milled and rested again for 30 days before shipping.

The Northern province of Zambia shares its borders with Tanzania to the East and D.R. Congo to the North. It also occupies the southern shore of Lake Tanganyika - the world’s longest fresh-water lake, and the largest in Africa by volume. Northern province has the best conditions for arabica coffee cultivation in Zambia with its relative proximity to the equator and abundant altitude (Mafinga Hills being the highest point in the country at 2,300masl). The local economy is dominated by agriculture with coffee being a primary cash crop alongside subsistence crops such as maize, millet, groundnuts and beans.
