Our signature espresso blend.
Fruity cooperative Brazilian Santos combined with Colombian Arabica & Vietnamese Robusta. Medium roasted, giving a great crema & body with a real bite. The perfect all-rounder. This is the house espresso blend that we serve in all the 200 Degrees Coffee Shops.

Naturally decaffeinated.
These co-op Mexican beans are decaffeinated without chemicals, using the Mountain Water Process with clean pure water from the glaciers of the Citlaltepetl mountains. It's decaf as you’ve never tasted before: creamy, sweet citrus and maple syrup.

100% Rainforest Alliance Certified
Roast Level: Medium
Country of Origin: Mexico
Region: Oaxaca
Using clear pure water from the glaciers on the highest and most beautiful mountain in Mexico, the Pico de Orizaba or Citlaltepetl. In the decaffeination process, the green coffee beans are immersed in water in order to extract the caffeine. The water contains the soluble components of the coffee
beans which hold the elements of the flavour, so that, during the extraction of the caffeine the beans maintain their original components.

The Peralta Family coffee growing history goes back to the beginning of the 20th century, but it was only in 2008 that they started focusing on developing new ways to market their coffees to international specialty coffee markets. We are provelaged to have known the Peraltas for several years and admire the attitude and values that have led to top specialty preperations. We are delighted to bring their microlots and special preperations to Europe. In December 2019 Olam and Peralta Coffees formalised their alliance to work for the future of specialty coffee in Nicaragua.

Mike's Choice of Single Origin for Filter:

Founded in 2000, Dukundekawa Musasa Cooperative cultivates its high-quality coffee near a mountain gorilla habitat, in Rwanda's rugged North-West. In 2003, it built  a washing station with funds provided by the Rwandan ministry of defense. In exchange for this support, the Dukundekawa donates 10 percent of its net profits annually to fund the construction of other waashing stations throughout Rwanda.

Fairtrade since 2004, Dukundekawa secures a high standard of living for Rwandan farmers by ensuring access to an economically and environmentally sustainable coffee industry. Before the proliferation of washing stations such as those owened by the co-op, the norm in Rwanda was for smallholder farmers to sell semi-processed cherries to middle-men, bringing low prices and severe hardship to farmers. Today it's a different story: farmers who work with the co-op have seen their income at least double.

Eighty percent of Dukundekawa's producers are women. Each member has been able to buy a farm animal, and many now have health insurance for the first time. Dukundekawa also constructed 2 schools for local children in 2006 and provides members with long-term credit at no interest. Many farmers have renovated their homes and now all members' homes have tile rather than grass roofs.
