The farm belongs to Don (Tio) Roberto a 4th generation coffee farmer and three times cup of excellence finalist.
These beans are grown in two distinct bands that run across the face of the hill. These two lines get a little more sun exposure than other parts of the farm and especially at the edges where the shade trees give a little less protection and some of the cherries get a little sunburned. This effect gives the most fantastic result of fresh Peachy and Apricot stone fruits in the cherry.
